Salad recipe is there too. 1.5 pounds Ground Beef or Ground Turkey 2 medium Onions, diced 2 teaspoons dried Oregano 1.5 teaspoons Cumin 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon 1/4 cup Chili Powder (I use a little more) 2 Bay Leaves 1 tablespoon unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 (28 oz) can whole Tomatoes 4 cups of Beef Stock 1 (8 oz) can Tomato Sauce 3 (15 oz) cans White Beans drained and rinsed (Or beans of choice) 2 teaspoons Salt 1 teaspoon Pepper

Papa made Pete a new collar! He needed a new one to wear to “Rosie’s Wild Ride” book signings and readings with us! ❤️ Doesn’t he look handsome! A few days ago I read to my first class of K-3 grade and today I read to 500 first and second graders. I was a little nervous, wondering if I could keep the kid’s attention and keep them entertained. Oakley wrote me this note this morning before we left the house. It just melted my heart and is so special to me. Ty, Oakley and Pete joined me for the readings. The kids loved meeting a real bull rider, seeing Oakley and loving on Pete! It was so much fun and the kids were so sweet, excited and asked the best questions.
