Spring is my favorite season in Texas! I’m been writing a lot (Picture books and MG novel) and reading for inspiration! I read “War Horse,” “The Black Stallion” and Kate DiCamillo’s “The Three Rancheros” Trilogy.” I just turned in my final outline of my middle grade novel to my book coach. I’m so excited! I’m announcing that here to hold myself accountable to seeing this very challenging project through. It’s definitely way harder than I imagined, but I love it. It’s like fitting a puzzle together. Then we’ve been enjoying the ranch, exploring, playing with our animals, making time for workouts, playing soccer, riding horses, and Ty is getting some dirt biking in!
