Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops

This is one of my most popular recipes. These pork chops are fork tender and delicious. They make their own gravy which is especially good served over mashed potatoes.

There is nothing like a quick, simple recipe made in the crockpot. Canned soups make this dish extra easy. Thaw your meat over night and the next morning take about 15 minutes to prep this dish and throw it in the crockpot and forget about it until dinner time!
